Shipping address
We don’t ship to P.O. boxes.
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

When will my order be shipped ?
We know how excited you are to receive your package, and we know how it is waiting and checking your status every 5 minutes (we do it too lol)
Our standard processing time for orders is 24 hours.
After being shipped, your order will arrive in 3 business days.
All of our packages will require a signature.
All orders are delivered on business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24 hours of your order being processed.
Please make sure to also enter the correct email.

I haven’t received my package
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.

We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, South Africa and Europe.
Customers from other countries please contact us before placing an order.

Returns
We have a 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
Refunds are provided for hair extensions that have not been worn, bleached, cut, colored otherwise tampered and are returned within 15 days of the date that you receive your order.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund.
Return shipping is free.
