How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped with standard shipping usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped with Overnight Shipping arrive in 1 business day depending on what time you place your order. If you place your order before 9:00am ET, you will receive your order the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.


When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping orders require a 24-48 hour processing time. Overnight Shipping orders placed by 9:00am ET will be shipped the same business day. So an order placed at 8:59am ET on Thursday will be shipped on Thursday, but an order placed at 9:30am ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday.


How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more, otherwise the cost is $5. Standard shipping does not include signature delivery confirmation. If you prefer that your order be delivered with signature delivery confirmation, it costs $7. Overnight Shipping is $35.

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes.
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

When will my order be shipped ?
We know how excited you are to receive your package, and we know how it is waiting and checking your status every 5 minutes (we do it too lol)
Our standard processing time for orders is 24 hours.
After being shipped, your order will arrive in 3 business days.
All of our packages will require a signature.
All orders are delivered on business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends.

When will I receive my tracking number?

I haven’t received my package
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

Returns
We have a 30-Day Quality Guarantee.
Refunds are provided for hair extensions that have not been worn, bleached, cut, colored otherwise tampered and are returned within 15 days of the date that you receive your order.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund.
Return shipping is free.

Care & Maintenance

Install
To prepare your bundles for install, pre-wash and condition your bundles with high-quality shampoo and conditioning products that are Sulfate Free.

Dye hair
You can dye our hair.
You can bleach the hair before dye it, making it easier to deposit color into the hair.
We recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color of your hair extensions.

How to care hair extensions?
To keep your hair extensions in top condition, we suggest thoroughly shampooing and conditioning every two weeks.
You have to treat these bundles like they’re literally growing out of your scalp.
Use a moisturizing conditioner to add moisture.
Use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.
The must-haves we suggest investing in are: a quality shampoo & conditioner, a leave-in conditioner, and an oil serum. Remember, this is your investment and we want to be sure you’re using these products to ensure the life of your bundles.

Maintenance instructions for all textures:
Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry
